A: Your audit will be delivered via PDF to the email you provide, within 48 hours (or 24 hours for Priority Launch clients).
Q: What if I don’t agree with the recommendations?
A: No worries—these audits are built to guide, not dictate. We always welcome questions or clarifications after delivery.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of digital services, all sales are final. If you’re not satisfied with your audit, reach out within 7 days—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Q: Can I book a call with you?
A: Yes! The Priority Launch Audit includes a 15-minute 1:1 strategy call. For other audits, you can add a call for an additional fee.
